Shanna Sessair, Sister Healer

Shanna is a 19-year-old healer. Neutral Good. Favored Soul/Healer.

At the age of 5, she experienced the invasion of her homeland. Her parents placed her in the charge of her 13 y/o sister, Jenna, with instructions to escape the carnage. They did so, but not until both she and Jenna witnessed the murder of their parents and remaining family. Since that traumatizing act, Shanna watched her sister learn the arts of war focused on hunting those down responsible for such genocide.  Troubled by seeing such a dark nature in her older sister, Shanna decided to become a healer – one who cherishes life. She is energetic, outspoken, flirtatious and sometimes impetuous in her actions but is very skilled and masterful in her craft. She is idealistic and somewhat naïve in worldly matters. Shanna can hold her own in unarmed self-defense and will do so in order to defend herself or her patients under her charge. She will not take actions that may kill or maim another individual.

Shanna has cared for Jenna’s troops during and after multiple battles. She has also cared for their families at garrison. As a result they look upon Shanna as their mother, confidant, therapist and physician. If Jenna is the stern disciplinarian, Shanna is their advocate who would ask for mercy from her sister. Should circumstances warrant, the troops will defend Shanna to the death although she would prefer not to get them in harm’s way. Like most teens, Shanna drives Jenna crazy with her rebellious antics and moods. Despite these moments, the two are virtually inseparable and fiercely protective of each other. Shanna has never publicly defied Jenna as Shewill always support her sister’s actions if not her opinions. Shanna’s healing arts shields Jenna, Jenna’s warrior skills shields Shanna.
