We Hate Spider

We, being a Marvel fan, never painted any Marvel-related piece?! That's unacceptable!
Thus, we present you: our version of everyone's favourite anti-hero; Venom! gwaah! brainss..

We used Vin Diesel as face reference. We have always imagined him being cast as Venom, instead of Topher Grace.
We think Venom should've been a huge man, and more importantly, a cold character. Not all mumbly-bubbly like in Spider-Man 3. Ugh.

The look of the suit is adapted from the movie, but without Spidey texture.
We also disagree on the idea of having Brock's face *covered* with the big-mouthed suit. Where does the huge tongue go? Doesn't make sense.
We prefer the suit to TRANSFORM Eddie into Venom's face. Like a werewolf. Ow yeah!

- PS CS5 / WACOM Intuos 4
- over 12 hours of work. Lots of 'em spent on the alien tendrils.

Yes, we know Gargan is bald, but we do not want to draw Vin Diesel with hair. It feels wrong
This is old-school Venom where he's still holding a grudge against the Spider for ruining his life.
