It's his OC from a book he's writing.

He provided the overall look of the character, including the eyes, hair, dress/armor, even the slightly-sweaty skin
I took my time on this one, designing on-the-go, never knowing what the final product will look like.
to be honest that method is a wee bit stressful. it feels like i was dragging it forever.
like, "omg, i been sitting here whole day, and all i did was a tiny chunk of the armor" ... sheesh!
(note-to-self: it may not always be a good idea. better to plan ahead first.)

but it turns out the commissioner loves it, so i'm happy
